REGISTRATION & ABSTRACT APPLICATION

The deadline for registration and abstract submission is: June 15th.
The number of participants is limited to 100, the applicants will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. 

All participants are invited to submit abstracts at the time of application and present their work in poster sessions. Some abstracts may be selected for short talks. Abstracts should be in Word (not PDF), please download the template here.
To submit your abstract, please confirm your registration and follow the link in the confirmation mail to upload your abstract.

Registration Fees

Registration fee includes workshop materials, lunches and coffee breaks, as well as workshop dinner on 15th July evening.

  • Student Participation 150 Euro
