Registration
After registration and payment of the conference fee your registration is considered official.  In case of accompanying persons, please contact the meeting office.

Fees
Fees will be charged in the name and on behalf of the University of Vienna. Transfer payments must include the name of the participant and the identifier DP 746003 Mol Micro Meeting.

Services
The fee covers the participation in the scientific program, meals and refreshments at the venue, and the conference dinner. Included are further the abstract booklet, name tags and a certificate of attendance. These items are handed out at the venue.

Cancellation-Refunds
Cancellations can be made in written form only, and can only be accepted if received before August 10th 2015. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the full fee in accordance to the registration invoice will be due.

Hotel Reservations-Disclaimer
Hotel reservations have to be made individually. Changes and cancellations have to be addressed directly to the hotels. The organizers are not liable for hotel reservations/cancellations made by the participants.

Use and Storage of Data
Your information will not be provided to third parties unless you have provided written consent. You have the right to request information at any time about your saved data without giving reason. Information can also be edited, delete or blocked at any time. You may withdraw your consent to use your personal information by contacting
